Well, as promised earlier, we bring to you the second edition of the ‘Top Indian HR Experts to Follow’. After scouring the web for days, we have compiled this edition keeping in mind the popularity of the below mentioned personalities on various social media platforms.

gautam ghoshGautam, another XLRI Jamshedpur alumnus, is a Consultant in HR and Social Media. He was earlier Director – Talent Branding at Flipkart. He specializes in the areas of Human Resources, Organization Development and how businesses can leverage Social tools for HR. He is a subject matter expert in the HR and Social Media area for SHRM India.

Erstwhile he was GM of HR Strategy and Projects at Philips India. Before that he was India Marketing Lead at BraveNewTalent. Gautam has worked as an HR Generalist and a Learning & Development Executive in firms like Deloitte, Dell, Hewlett Packard and Satyam.

Gautam has given talks on “Blogging for Business” at numerous organizations. He’s frequently quoted in the press as an authority on business blogging. His blog has been listed by HR World as among the top 25 HR blogs, worldwide. Some other accolades of Gautam include the following:

Keerthi kariappaA SHEROES Mentor, Keerthi, an alumna of Mangalore University, is a versatile and high-impact business professional with over 15 years of strategic leadership experience in Global Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Operations. She is an expert in developing initiatives to streamline processes and solutions to implement talent & business transformation. Currently, she is the Head of Customer Success (India), at LinkedIn.
